Development Assessments
We find the use of 360s and leadership assessment instruments to be a highly effective way for our clients to learn more about themselves, how they are perceived, and how their styles may be similar or different from their colleagues, team members, and clients - helping them to build relationships and to partner more effectively with different audiences.
With an eye towards achieving their individual, team, and organizational goals and objectives, we work with each client on a case by case basis to determine which assessments would be most appropriate and most beneficial.
