Two Month Executive Coaching Engagement

Intentional Leadership:  Understanding Your Leadership Style, Building Your Brand, and Taking Action To Maximize Your Effectiveness


Goals:

  1. Build on your leadership strengths
  2. Focus on development areas
  3. Better understand your leadership style
  4. Articulate your “brand” (how you want to be perceived)
  5. Develop strategies and approaches that will support you to a more effective leader.

Overview of Engagement: What You'll Cover
:

Session 1:  Identify Your Challenges and Opportunities for Growth
Outline Goals for Your Coaching Work and what your hoping to accomplish.  Reflect on the context of your current situation, the culture of your workplace, what has been holding you back, and where you’d like to be in the future.

Sessions 2 & 3:
  Complete and Debrief two Leadership Assessments
Assessments are custom selected specifically for you – based on the coaching goals that you have identified.

Session 4:  Leadership “Branding” Activity
What is your current brand?  (How to people currently perceive you?             
What’s your reputation with your colleagues?)  What is your “aspirational” brand?  How will you bridge that gap to ensure that your supervisor, colleagues, and team perceive you in the way you want to be perceived – to maximize your ability to be successful.

Session 5:
  Complete Development Plan
Including specific actions to achieve your coaching goals and set forth a timeline.

Session 6 and 7:
  On the Ground Implementation
Bringing Your Development Plan to Fruition. Work on strategies and            practice opportunities to achieve Development Plan Objectives.

Session 8:
  Generate a “Plan of Action” for Moving Forward                       Build on what you’ve learned and accomplished in coaching – and articulate strategies to sustain these learnings and continue to grow post-coaching.                                

Time Commitment:
  •  Eight Coaching Sessions
  •  1.5 hours each
  •  Every Other Week
