About Breakthrough Insight Consulting, LLC
Victoria Alzapiedi, JD/MPA Founder & Principal
Victoria Alzapiedi is the Founder and Principal of Breakthrough Insight Consulting, LLC. Her unique approach to organizational and interpersonal dynamics draws from her own entrepreneurial experience building businesses from the ground up.
Victoria is an attorney, has a background in psychology, and her graduate school studies focused on negotiation, leadership, and conflict resolution. She has extensive experience working in all three sectors and draws on all of these experiences in her work with her clients.
Victoria has held a wide array of leadership positions including:
- Organizational Development Leader at Consumer Reports
- Leadership Development Executive at HBO
- Professional Development Executive at Weil, Gotshal & Manges, LLP
- Founder and Executive Director at Title IX Advocacy Project
In each of these roles, she has provided strategic thought leadership and coaching on critical business initiatives and has been a trusted advisor to leaders in all parts of the business. Victoria’s ability to bring clarity to complex challenges makes her stand out as an essential resource - her judgment is highly valued by colleagues and clients.
Victoria has coached law firm partners and associates, candidates for public office, entrepreneurs, and leaders in finance, IT, sports, sales and marketing, technology, studio production, and nonprofit organizations. She has designed and facilitated highly successful leadership development programs, change management initiatives, diversity and inclusion workshops, and has led strategic team building sessions for groups focused on digital product development, affiliate sales and marketing, social media, finance and accounting, research and analysis, and content operations.
She received her law degree from the University of California's Hastings College of the Law, her Master in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School, and her undergraduate degree in Political Science, Psychology, and Women's Studies from SUNY College at Purchase.
